About the Role We’re looking for a talented Senior Influencer Executive to join our growing social team. You’ll be the driving force behind building and nurturing our relationships with influencers, stylists, and brand partners—turning authentic connections into powerful brand collaborations. Reporting into the social media team, this role blends creativity, communication, and strategic thinking to boost brand visibility, trust, and sales through influencer-driven campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Execs (particularly on Instagram and TikTok), ensuring a seamless brand message across all platforms while bringing fresh, engaging campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities Influencer & Stylist Relationship Management • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers and stylists aligned with SWAY’s aesthetic and brand values, • Manage ongoing relationships with key creators, ensuring regular and effective communication, • Oversee and process gifting, PR send-outs, and paid partnership agreements, • Coordinate collaborations around new launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments, • Work cross-functionally with the social and content team to ideate and execute influencer campaigns and content, • Brief influencers and track content deliverables, ensuring on-brand visuals and messaging, • Collaborate with the Social Media Executive to align influencer efforts with the overall content calendar, • Spot and leverage social trends for influencer integration, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, • Track and evaluate influencer performance, reach, and ROI across campaigns, • Generate regular reports highlighting top-performing creators, key learnings, and future opportunities, • Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices to inform influencer strategy Requirements • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok creator ecosystems, • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities, • Eye for high-quality content, visual storytelling, and alignment with brand tone, • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills, • Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape, • 2+ years experience in an influencer marketing or social media role, • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry, • Experience with influencer platforms, • Familiarity with content performance metrics and social media analytics tools
