A Warm Welcome from Dan, Our Company Director As someone who grew up in care myself, this work is deeply personal to me. I understand first-hand just how much impact the right home, the right environment, and the right adults can have on a young person's life. That understanding is the reason Bright Futures Accommodation (Residential Childcare) was created. Bright Futures was never built to be just another care provider. It was built with heart, purpose, and a clear vision to create homes where young people feel safe, valued, nurtured, and genuinely cared for. Homes where they can begin to heal, grow in confidence, and experience the stability, consistency, and support they deserve. What sets us apart from many other care providers is that we do things differently. We hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards, and we are relentless in our commitment to achieving the very best outcomes for the young people in our care. We do not give up on young people. No matter how complex their needs or how challenging their journey may have been, we remain committed, consistent, and ambitious for them. We believe every young person deserves adults who will stand by them, believe in them, and continue to show up for them every single day. We are incredibly proud that all of our Ofsted-registered homes are rated Good, reflecting the high standards we set across our services and the consistent commitment of our teams. For us, quality care is not just an ambition it is the standard. We are also proud to be a local authority chosen care provider, trusted to deliver high-quality care and support for young people with a wide range of needs. At Bright Futures, we know that exceptional care begins with exceptional leadership. That is why our managers and deputy managers are such an important part of our future. We are passionate about developing strong, capable leaders from within our organisation and creating clear opportunities for progression. We do not simply recruit Deputy Home Managers to fill a role we recruit them as our future. We are looking for ambitious, caring, and committed individuals who want to grow with us, develop their leadership skills, and ultimately progress to become Registered Home Managers in the future. You will be joining a supportive, values-led organisation where you will be invested in, encouraged, and given the opportunity to flourish. You will work alongside experienced leaders, be supported in your professional development, and play a vital role in shaping positive outcomes for the young people in our care. As a Deputy Home Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the home's young people and the care teams you support, helping to create a home where they can experience warmth, care, consistency, and positive memories of childhood that they can carry with them into adulthood.
