Job Title: Digital Acquisition Executive @ Independent Creative Media Group Location: Central London (5 days in the office) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to join an independent creative media group as a Digital Acquisition Executive, leading acquisition and onboarding campaigns across multiple titles and platforms. You’ll play a key role in growing audiences, driving subscriptions, and optimising customer journeys from first engagement to long-term retention. You’ll be a hands-on, full-funnel marketer, responsible for executing campaigns, building onboarding flows, and tracking performance, while collaborating closely with editorial, product, and design teams. Key Responsibilities: • Execute end-to-end marketing funnels across multiple titles, with a focus on top-of-funnel acquisition and post-sign-up onboarding (days 0–30)., • Build and deliver integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, newsletters, web, and app., • Optimise onboarding journeys, including triggered email flows, landing pages, push notifications, and in-app content., • Maintain structured testing programmes (A/B, multivariate, offer testing) to inform strategy and increase ROI., • Track acquisition, conversion, and LTV metrics across channels to inform decision-making., • Manage agency partners who support paid campaigns, while owning the overall performance narrative. Skills & Experience Required: • Minimum 2 years experience in acquisition or lifecycle marketing within subscription-based businesses, publishers, or DTC brands., • Hands-on experience executing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and similar performance platforms., • Practical experience with GA4, Campaign Monitor / Mailchimp, Customer.io or equivalent tools., • Collaborative, confident, and comfortable working across multiple titles and stakeholder groups.
