About Somerce Somerce is a TikTok Shop native agency focused on delivering high performance on the platform. We work with some of the most exciting consumer brands to scale their presence through influencer marketing, live commerce, paid media and social-first content. TikTok Shop is one of the fastest growing ecommerce channels in the world and Somerce is at the centre of that growth. We are now looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale our commercial engine as we enter our next phase of expansion. The Role We are looking for a commercially driven Chief Revenue Officer to lead Somerce’s revenue growth across new business, partnerships and strategic accounts. This role is responsible for building and scaling a high performing sales function that consistently brings in new clients, expands revenue from existing relationships and drives long-term commercial growth for the business. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high growth environment, is highly connected within brand and agency networks, and has a proven track record of closing large commercial deals. Responsibilities Revenue Growth Own and deliver Somerce’s revenue targets Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and high growth consumer brands Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline Lead commercial strategy for agency services and new revenue streams New Business & Partnerships Develop relationships with key brand decision makers and senior marketing leaders Identify new commercial opportunities across TikTok Shop and the wider social commerce ecosystem Lead large strategic pitches and RFP processes Build partnerships with platforms, creators, talent agencies and commerce partners Sales Team Leadership Build and lead a high performing sales team Implement clear sales processes, CRM systems and reporting frameworks Mentor and develop commercial talent within the business Establish clear KPIs and performance expectations across the team Commercial Strategy Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on growth strategy Identify new service lines and revenue opportunities Help shape Somerce’s commercial positioning in the market Drive expansion into new markets and verticals What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading revenue growth within an agency, platform or high growth business Strong network within consumer brands and marketing leadership teams Track record of closing large six and seven figure commercial deals Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills Experience building and leading high performing sales teams Comfortable operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment Compensation High commission structure OTE £200,000+ Considerable share options Opportunity to play a key role in building one of the leading TikTok Shop agencies globally Benefits 28 days holiday plus bank holidays 10 days work from anywhere £50 monthly wellness allowance Opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands launching and scaling on TikTok Shop A fast paced, high growth environment with significant career progression The opportunity to play a key role in building one of the leading TikTok Shop agencies globally #J-18808-Ljbffr
