As our Lecturer in Multi Skills, you will: • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of construction and multi-skills programmes, ensuring lessons are engaging, practical and industry relevant., • Assess, monitor and support learner progress, providing timely feedback and implementing strategies to help students achieve their qualifications and career goals., • Maintain a safe and professional workshop environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting safe working practices at all times., • Contribute to curriculum development and industry engagement, maintaining current vocational knowledge and building links with employers to enhance the learner experience.
