We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Dog Groomer to join our growing team. This is a full-time role in a premium, appointment-only environment where your skills and creativity will shine. Working Hours & Rota all to be agreed together • Full-time, 5 days per week, • Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, • Rota: Flexible rotation covering 7 days a week; some weekends may involve working together with another groomer to cover peak demand. All to be agreed together. Example schedule (rotates weekly): • Mon, Wed, Fri → solo or shared, • Tue, Thu → solo, • Sat → both groomers on duty, • Sometimes Sun → solo, rotating with colleague Key Responsibilities • Perform high-quality grooming, styling, and spa treatments for dogs of all breeds., • Deliver a luxury client experience in line with Cooper’s Gang standards., • Maintain cleanliness and safety of grooming areas., • Mentor junior staff and assist with training where needed., • Advise clients on coat care, grooming, and wellness treatments. Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of professional dog grooming experience, ideally in a premium or boutique salon., • Expertise in breed-specific grooming and advanced techniques (handstripping, scissoring, Asian Fusion)., • Confident in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Passion for pet wellness and high standards of care.
