Project Manager (Onsite) – Creative Production London / Onsite Hybrid as required) Full-time · Permanent Reports to: Account Management / Studio Leadership About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced, detail-focused Project Manager (Onsite) to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in London. This role requires strong production knowledge across print and digital, expert client-handling skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end project delivery while working closely with both onsite and offshore teams. You will be responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering multi-format creative production projects ensuring they are executed on time, on brief, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You’ll Do • Act as the primary and single point of contact for clients, • Manage all client communication, expectations, and project-related updates, • Serve as the key link between clients and the studio/offshore teams, • Intake and validate project briefs and provide realistic time estimates, • Plan projects, allocate tasks, track WIP (work in progress), and ensure smooth handovers, • Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and resolve queries, • Produce reports, maintain project documentation, and track team-wise metrics, • Manage billing, ensure billable accuracy, and maintain updated dashboards, • Escalate issues to relevant internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution, • Conduct post-mortem analysis (what went well / what didn’t) and integrate learnings into workflows, • Assist in developing and maintaining brand playbooks, guidelines, and client documents, • Support creative and technical guidance where needed, • Handle special projects and duties as assigned Who You Are • 8 - 10 years of experience in Print + Digital production, • Strong background in an Advertising / Design / Creative agency, • Hands-on experience working with onsite/offshore teams, • Excellent client management and communication skills, • Strong project management capability, multi-tasking, time management, prioritization, • Experience managing multiple parallel projects end-to-end, • Knowledge of Creative Design processes, quality control, and production workflows, • Comfortable working on both Mac and Windows environments, • Working knowledge of MS Office & Adobe Creative Cloud, • Team management experience with strong leadership skills, • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, organised, and quality-focused, • A self-driven team player with the ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments, • Flexible with schedules as required, • Based in London (mandatory) Why We Are Amnet • Work with global brands and dynamic creative teams across India, LATAM, US, and UK, • A fast-growing global creative production company powered by Smartshoring, • Opportunities to work onsite with client teams, • A culture built on ownership, trust, and operational excellence, • Clear pathways to grow your career in operations, project leadership, or client services If this feels like your next chapter, we’d love to meet you.
