We're looking for a warm and personable Senior Design Services Lead to join our superb team within our stunning Showroom in Bath on a permanent basis working 40 hours over 5 days of the week. You'll be someone who loves making people feel welcome, has exceptional customer service experience, an eye for interiors, and bring energy and organisation to everything you do. What you'll be doing As Senior Design Services Lead, you will be the central point for design-led services within your region, championing exceptional customer experiences at every stage. Acting as the key link between the central design support function and the Head of Design Stores, you will ensure a seamless, consistent approach to service delivery across all touchpoints. With a focus on service excellence, you lead by example, embedding best-in-class standards across both your hub store and wider area, while driving efficiency, collaboration, and operational rigour throughout the end-to-end journey of kitchen and home design projects, always placing the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.
