Good IT skills and experience using business systems and Microsoft Office. Experience within construction machinery, heavy plant, agricultural equipment, commercial vehicles, industrial engineering, or a related sector. Understanding of mechanical components and equipment maintenance requirements. Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Knowledge of inventory optimisation and aftermarket sales strategies. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Customer-focused and commercially minded.
