We are growing rapidly as demand for digitalsovereignty, customer choice and long-term vendor independencecontinues to accelerate. We seek an exceptional Head of Marketing, reporting to the CEO,to lead our global marketing function. This is a hands-on leadershiprole combining strategic thinking with practical execution. You willlead a small marketing team while working closely with Engineering,Sales and our global partner ecosystem to translate technicalinnovation into compelling commercial propositions and business growth. • Lead, organise and develop the marketing team, setting clearpriorities, accountability and high standards., • Define and execute Collabora's marketing strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans., • Translate technical capabilities into compelling commercialpropositions and partner messaging., • Protect and enhance the Collabora brand and market reputation., • Build and strengthen our global partner ecosystem throughenablement and co-marketing., • Work closely with Product, Engineering and Sales to support successful product launches and consistent messaging., • Represent Collabora at conferences, partner events and industryforums., • Support the CEO in communicating Collabora's vision andstrategic direction., • 10-15 years' hands-on experience in technology marketingacross product marketing, positioning, partner/channel marketing,communications, content, events and demand generation., • Experience within growth-stage B2B technology companies., • Strong technical literacy with Open Source experience orfamiliarity., • Experience working through partner ecosystems and deliveringsuccessful co-marketing programmes., • Demonstrable ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling commercial propositions., • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams., • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills., • High levels of initiative, ownership and practical execution., • Comfortable working directly with senior technical and commercial leaders., • Willingness to travel internationally., • Fluent English essential; fluent French strongly preferred., • Enterprise software, cloud infrastructure or adjacent technology markets., • Digital sovereignty, security or Open Source technologies., • Working with distributed international teams., • Speaking at conferences and representing organisations externally., • Building partner marketing and enablement programmes., • Experience within, or alongside, Open Source communities and > ecosystems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
