Role Overview: As a Delivery Manager at Neueda, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects and services to our clients. Working within the Delivery team and reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will ensure cross-functional teams complete activities across design, content development, instructor allocation, and delivery readiness, oversee project governance, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and coordinate complex programs, including strategic initiatives such as graduate training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value. Key Responsibilities: • Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, spanning Instructor Lead Training, Self-paced digital learning and training solutions for global clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Neueda standards., • Program Management: Oversee complex programs such as graduate training programs, ensuring effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement., • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Customer Success Lead, acting as the delivery point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations., • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Assist the Head of Delivery in mentoring and motivating delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement., • Governance & Reporting: Implement delivery frameworks, track progress, manage risks, and provide regular performance and status updates to stakeholders., • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency., • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and contribute to Neueda’s best practices. Key Skills and Experience: • 3+ years’ experience in delivery management, preferably in training, consulting, or L&D environments., • Demonstrated experience in tracking project progress, maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and delivering clear, structured reporting to stakeholders, • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs end to end, including talent development initiatives like graduate training programs., • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - able to engage with both senior clients and associate instructors., • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and project tracking systems (e.g., Excel, Jira)., • Experience with budget management and commercial awareness., • Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures.
