The caseload will be varied and will include mid-high value/complex claims with a mix of litigated and non-litigated cases. The type of work you and the team will deal with includes birth injuries, surgical errors, hospital negligence, cosmetic surgery, dental negligence, mental health care, care home negligence, misdiagnosis and late diagnosis, GP negligence and wrong prescription claims.
