Job Title: Repair & Call Out Coordinator (Lift Industry) Location: Bromley, Kent (Office-based) Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Holiday: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Dainton Lift Services Limited brings over 30 years of experience in delivering outstanding lift design, installation, repairs, interior refurbishments, and maintenance services. We take pride in our reliable and professional service tailored to meet our clients’ unique need We are seeking an organised and proactive Repair Coordinator to join our team within the lift industry. This role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination of repair works and reactive call-outs, supporting engineers in the field, and delivering excellent service to our clients. • Coordinate and schedule lift repairs, breakdowns, and remedial works, • Managing reactive call-out organisation, ensuring prompt engineer allocation and response times, • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding repair progress and updates, • Liaise with field engineers to ensure efficient job completion and accurate reporting, • Raise and process repair quotations, orders, and job sheets, • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion within inhouse targets, • Update internal systems with accurate job and customer information, • Handle inbound calls and emails relating to breakdowns and repairs, • Work closely with other departments (service, sales, accounts) to ensure seamless operations, • Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or service support role, • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), • Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment, • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and job management systems), • Experience within the lift industry or a similar engineering/service environment, • Understanding of reactive maintenance and call-out processes, • Knowledge of SLAs and service delivery expectations, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise effectively, • Customer-focused with a professional approach, • Team player with a proactive mindset, • Problem-solver with the ability to think on their feet, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Birthday Off Every year (not taken as annual leave), • Stable, office-based role in Bromley, • Opportunity to develop within a growing lift services business #J-18808-Ljbffr
