Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end site performance across all Shopify storefronts (US and UK), ensuring best-in-class UX, site speed, and conversion across both ripple⁺ and Droplet, • Define and execute e-commerce strategy by category, campaign, and traffic source — tailoring site experience, merchandising, and landing pages in close partnership with marketing, • Run regular full-site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues, tracking gaps, and mobile vs. desktop inconsistencies; maintain documentation and QA checklists, • Own end-to-end delivery of site builds and rebuilds, acting as internal lead across designers, developers, and stakeholders to ship on time, on brief, and with zero critical issues, • Lead CRO across all sites through structured testing of landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, and traffic-source funnels using A/B and multivariate frameworks, • Own the implementation and ongoing management of e-commerce software, CRO tools, analytics, tracking, and personalisation solutions — all cleanly integrated into Shopify, • Build and maintain performance reporting across conversion rate, AOV, revenue by site and region, and funnel and page-level performance; translate data into clear actions and share regular updates with the marketing team and leadership What We're Looking For • 3+ years in DTC e-commerce, with deep hands-on Shopify experience, • Proven CRO and structured experimentation experience, • Experience managing sites across multiple regions or storefronts, • Extremely high attention to detail — you catch things others miss, • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding, • Strong grasp of analytics, attribution, and what drives conversion Reports Into Co-founders & Head of Performance & Digital
