Role Summary This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR. As an HR Apprentice, you will support the People Team with day-to-day administrative tasks while studying towards your Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. You will gain hands-on experience in HR systems, processes, and colleague support, while also gaining valuable insight to office practices by covering reception duties at our Head Office. Role Responsibilities • Adding new starters, processing leavers, and making colleague data changes., • Assist with colleague queries including annual leave, sickness recording, and general HR support., • Generate system-based employment references for former colleagues., • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance., • Support with other administrative HR task, for example, letter writing, note taking., • Participate in workplace training, shadowing, and mentoring as part of the apprenticeship., • Support with reception cover at Head Office, welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls., • Support the wider People Team with tasks, and cover where required., • Consistently align yourself with FatFace’s social and environmental mission, demonstrating your commitment through day-to-day actions and the projects you directly influence. Skills and Experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Good attention to detail and organisational skills., • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems (training provided)., • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
