Overview Are you an experienced claims professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Property Claims Handler to join our dynamic team. How you'll make an impact Claims Management -Handle a caseload of property claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and manage relationships with brokers, managing agents, and other stakeholders with varying needs. Customer Service - Address complaints and provide empathetic support to vulnerable customers with professionalism. Communication - Confidently manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, delivering clear and concise information. Organisation - Effectively prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced environment. Documentation - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims handled. System Use - Utilise Microsoft Office tools and claims handling systems efficiently. About You • Proven experience in handling Property Claims, • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills., • Ability to handle complaints and support vulnerable customers with empathy., • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively., • Confidence in managing inbound and outbound telephone calls., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., • Exceptional writing skills are essential., • Empathetic and patient, especially when supporting vulnerable customers., • Proactive and capable of working independently., • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
