    We are seeking a driven, motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Main purpose of the role: To identify and engage with prospects, seeking new opportunities and building long term client relationships, through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and online research. You will be responsible for opening conversations, understanding client requirements and qualifying opportunities. Office Located: Ilkeston, Derbyshire Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (negotiable) Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (negotiable) Phone and laptop provided and pension scheme enrolment is available. Qualifications / Experience required: • Previous 1 years successful experience in BD / telemarketing in a similar industry., • Competent in use of Microsoft 365 and other IT platforms such as Pipedrive., • Humble, Hungry, Smart, • Self-Managed; ability to plan one’s own schedules to enable goals to be reached., • Aligned to Accent’s Culture; being the best of the best every time and demonstrating we care about the people we work with., • Customer Focused; achieving 100% customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations every time. Customers come first, and wider needs flow from there., • Passionate; demonstrating a desire to always be an excellent team player and sharing our knowledge., • Proactive; thinking outside the box and being creative., • Using Initiative; making logical informed decisions., • Excellent communicator at all levels; with clients and internal teams via email, phone and instant messaging. Main Areas of Responsibility: • Researching key prospects and contacts through a range of methods., • Telemarketing & outbound cold calling., • Booking introductory meetings for the BD & Sales Team., • Keeping all communications accurately updated on Pipedrive., • Seeking opportunities to quote, through clear project qualification and assessment., • Networking alongside the BD and Sales Team., • Weekly reporting to the Sales Director. The above list is not exhaustive and the role may evolve to include additional duties as required in conjunction with the Sales Director reviews. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Number of appointments set, • Number of opportunities to quote Career Progression: Opportunity to progress to a Business Development Manager / Networker within 2-3 years.

Sales Representatives play a crucial role in expanding our clients customer base and enhancing client relationships. Responsibilities • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty., • Close sales effectively while ensuring compliance is always upheld., • Provide excellent customer service., • Organise time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines., • Clearly communicate and interact with customers in person, as this is a customer facing role., • Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skillset, • Work as part of a team and provide support where needed with day-to-day tasks to help grow the business, • The Ideal candidate should ideally be able to work weekdays (Monday-Friday) as these are our operating days., • This role will be a field based, events, face to face sales role., • Base pay day rate + Uncapped commission What we can offer you: • Training is provided by us to ensure you are confident within your role and able to perform to your best ability. Qualifications/ What we are looking for: • Educated to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent), • Previous experience in customer facing roles is desirable but not essential as we provide full training., • Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with a diverse range of people, • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team., • A customer-focused attitude with a professional, friendly approach., • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn., • Punctual, reliable, and able to work within a fast-paced environment, • Must be 18+ years old, • Must have the right to work in the UK, • Unfortunately, we are unable to support VISA sponsorships at this moment in time, • This role will be on a self-employed basis
