THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Santander Corporate and Commercial is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager based out of Glasgow or Liverpool . As an Assistant Relationship Manager in the Commercial Directs Primacy team, you will be working to deliver excellent outcomes to our existing clients. The job will be focused on supporting clients through the ongoing due diligence (ODD) activities, with professionalism and pace, maintaining relationship quality while meeting all regulatory obligations. You will deliver and support all aspects of the client journey existing clients. You will be working collaboratively with other areas of San UK to achieve this and work collaboratively within your Assistant Relationship Manager community to aid training, development and sharing best practice. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Focus on identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients to grow our wallet share. Promotes the Santander products and services to customers & prospects by highlighting benefits and features. Demonstrate a client-focused approach to deliver day to day operational solutions for existing and new clients, working collaboratively with other areas of San UK to achieve this. Professional Experience A great understand of banking products and services including transactional banking and deposit products. (Required) Experience in a customer facing relationship manager role. (Required) Well-developed skills in assessing risk of clients notably financial crime. (Required) Understands Anti-Money Laundering requirements ideally with corporate and commercial clients. (Preferred) Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems and Office 365. (Preferred) Working toward a relevant Financial Services qualification.
