If any of this sounds familiar, please click and apply. • Identify, shape, and pursue high-value opportunities across the CPRD market, • Contribute to Capgemini’s CPRD growth agenda by building pipeline aligned to strategic themes such as:, • Digital supply chain and logistics optimisation, • Smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions, • Sustainable operations and energy transformation, • Connected customer experience and omnichannel retail, • Analyse market signals, competitor activity, and client investment patterns to target emerging opportunities, • Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned CPR and Retail clients, • Understand clients’ strategic priorities, operational challenges, and transformation agendas, • Regularly engage clients to gather insights, drive conversations, and create collaboration pathways Experience Requirements • 8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in the UK market, • Direct experience with Consumer Products and Retail organisations, • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain , Manufacturing , and CPR industry operating models, • Demonstrated success selling large transformation, engineering, IT, or business services deals, • Existing senior relationships in the UK CPR market (highly advantageous), • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, • Comfortable engaging C‑suite and senior operational stakeholders, • Engineering or business degree preferred with strong understanding of technology-enabled services, • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as required, • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, • Excellent problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen, • Ability to manage complex workloads, competing deadlines, and multi-level stakeholders, • Persistent, driven, and able to sustain momentum through extended sales processes, • Hybrid working, • Open access to digital learning platforms, • Declare they have a disability, • Meet the minimum essential criteria for the role., • Commutable distance to Bristol with hybrid working aligned to engagement needs, • All roles will require a level of security clearance;
