Deputy Nurse Manager Nursing Home Salary: 53000 Hours: 40 per week (Supernumerary) We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our clients Nursing Home where residents are at the heart of everything we do. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse leader to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding person-centred care and overseeing the clinical services of a well-established home. As Deputy Nurse Manager youll play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe dignified and high-quality nursing care. Working closely with the Home Manager and a multidisciplinary team you will lead mentor and inspire staff while ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and best practice guidelines. If youre an experienced RGN or RMN looking for a leadership role within elderly care this could be the perfect next step in your nursing career. What Were Looking For • Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN)., • Proven experience in a Nursing Home elderly care or long-term care environment., • Previous managerial or leadership experience within a care home setting is highly desirable., • Strong clinical assessment decision-making and care planning skills., • In-depth knowledge of safeguarding dementia care and CQC compliance., • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilities., • Compassionate patient-centred approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
