We value results over hours logged, but expect a high level of commitment. The Role 🎯 We're hiring a GTM Associate to help build and run Specter's outbound engine. You'll work alongside our founders and GTM team to execute outreach, refine messaging, and generate pipeline with some of the most respected investors in the world. This is an incredible opportunity to learn the craft of modern go-to-market at a company where you'll have real impact from day one — not sit in a call centre reading scripts. What You'll Be Doing 🚀 • Run outbound campaigns end-to-end — prospecting, list building, outreach via email and LinkedIn, and qualifying leads. You'll own the day-to-day execution., • Research and deeply understand our buyers — VC partners, PE investors, fund analysts. You'll learn what makes them tick and use that to craft outreach that actually gets responses., • Write sharp, personalized outreach — no templates, no spam. Every message should feel like it was written for that person, because it was (with the help of smart tooling)., • Learn and operate modern GTM tools — you'll get hands-on with tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, and CRM systems., • Collaborate closely with the founders — you'll be in the room (or on the call) when we're shaping strategy, refining ICP, and iterating on what's working., • Track, measure, and improve — you'll own your metrics and be expected to constantly iterate on what's working and what's not. Who You Are 🧩 • You have 1–2 years of BDR or sales experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth company. You know the basics and you're hungry to level up., • You're a strong writer — clear, concise, and persuasive. You can write an email that a busy VC partner would actually read., • You're curious and tech-savvy — you pick up new tools quickly and you're excited by the idea of using AI and automation to work smarter, not just harder., • You have a bias for action — you don't wait to be told what to do. You see an opportunity and you go after it., • You care about the craft of selling — you follow the latest thinking in outbound, you experiment with new approaches, and you're not satisfied with "good enough."
