We take influence from traditional Sicilian cooking, using seasonal produce, vibrant flavours, and simple, well-executed dishes that let the ingredients speak for themselves. You’ll see that reflected across everything we do, from our food to our coffee and drinks offering. Just as important as the food is how it’s shared. The Role We’re looking for someone who brings great energy to the room - a confident, experienced Front of House team member who enjoys talking to people, knows how to read a table, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive service. You’ll be right at the heart of the floor: making coffees, guiding guests through the menu, building relationships with regulars, and helping shape the atmosphere that defines Vieni.
