Regional Manager – Central Region Reports to: Head of Business Hydraquip is growing fast and we need a driven Regional Manager to lead from the front across our Central branches. From shaping strategy to closing key deals, you’ll lead from the front, building a high-performance culture that delivers results. What You’ll Do Drive Growth (50%) • Own and deliver the regional sales plan, • Grow revenue and margins through smart account management and new business wins, • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking, • Build strong customer relationships and unlock new opportunities, • Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, • Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, • Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery, • Maximise engineer utilisation and customer satisfaction, • Manage budgets, suppliers, and KPIs to drive performance, • Proven sales leadership and account management experience, • Strong commercial mindset and customer focus, • Confident communicator and negotiator, • Experience managing budgets and delivering profitability, • Comfortable leading through change, • Industry experience preferred, • Consistent revenue and market share growth, • A motivated, high performing regional team, • Stronger customer loyalty and operational excellence
