The Role We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive/Manager to work across an exciting portfolio of Events, Magazines, and Digital products. This is a target-driven sales role with plenty of scope for creativity, input, and career progression as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets (individual and product-based)., • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales cycle across digital and live events, and share expertise with the wider team., • Keep up to date on industry trends, competitors, publications, and key brands to drive revenue growth., • Track and report key figures: revenue, targets, year-on-year performance, yields, client numbers, new business, and retention rates., • Take ownership of challenges as they arise, managing client accounts, amendments, and cancellations effectively., • Support management decisions while contributing constructive ideas for improvement., • Develop and execute strategies for your client base to maximise engagement and revenue., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records., • Proactively grow the client base through new business development., • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, with a focus on retention and account growth., • Uphold company policies and act as a role model within the team.
