Business Development Manager – ICP / Utilities Durham HQ | UK Travel | Competitive Salary + Bonus The Opportunity We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint across the UK within the ICP / Utilities and wider infrastructure market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and creating new opportunities, and who can use their network and market knowledge to grow a strong and sustainable pipeline. You might come from business development, recruitment, consultancy, or another client-facing role where your strength has been winning new business and building trust quickly. You don’t need to be an engineer - what matters most is your ability to connect with decision-makers, understand customer needs, and drive commercial growth.
