Managers are trusted to run their homes effectively, supported by experienced regional leadership teams and central quality, HR, and operational functions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and operationally manage a large luxury residential care home, • Create a warm, welcoming, and high-quality resident and family experience, • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, customer-focused team, • Embed strong governance, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks, • Drive occupancy performance, reputation, and long-term sustainability, • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders The Ideal Candidate • Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly residential care, ideally within large or luxury services, • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent), • Strong operational, commercial, and people-leadership capability, • Experience delivering hospitality-led, customer-focused care environments, • Confident, visible leader with excellent communication and organisational skills The Home • Large, luxury elderly residential care service, • High-quality environment with a strong focus on lifestyle, experience, and wellbeing, • Backed by a national provider with strong infrastructure and senior support, • Opportunity to shape culture, standards, and long-term performance Location The home is based in Leicester and is commutable from Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Kettering, Corby, Northampton, Oakham, Stamford, and surrounding areas.
