An opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior Planning Manager to join a well-established residential housebuilder, supporting the delivery of major residential and residential-led mixed-use developments from a strategic land portfolio. This is a key role within the Land & Planning team, working closely with senior stakeholders to secure planning permissions and progress sites through allocation, application and delivery.
