Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager: • Manage day-to-day communications with a select group of customers, • Coordinate the planning and progress of customer orders, from entry into the system through to shipment, • Work cross-functionally to ensure materials, production schedules, and delivery timelines are aligned, • Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, • Attend meetings with clients (primarily UK-based, occasional international travel), • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships The Ideal Account Manager will have: • Proven experience in customer account management within a manufacturing or electronics environment, • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent planning and multitasking abilities, • Commercial awareness and the ability to sense-check data and identify issues early, • Experience using MRP systems and understanding production workflows, • A clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel for occasional customer visits If this opportunity as an Account Manager is of interest, please 'apply now' and contact Jemma at Orion.
