This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and wants to build a long term career in insurance and financial services.\n\nWe're looking for engaging, motivated Sales Agents to join our branch network, supporting customers both face-to-face and over the phone. You'll be at the heart of the branch, helping people find the right products for their needs while delivering an excellent, professional service every time.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nDaily engagement with customers to support both new business, renewals, and policy enquiries\nIdentifying customer needs, including vulnerability, and applying appropriate support and adjustments\nEnsuring customer records and documentation are accurate\nHandling queries, payments, and policy changes confidently and professionally\nWorking towards individual and team targets, contributing to branch success\nRepresenting the business positively in the community and during local outreach activity\nSupport Branch Manager in daily branch operationsWhat we're looking for\n\nWe're not just looking for experience; we're looking for the right values.\n\nYou'll be:\n\nSomeone who takes ownership, follows tasks through to completion and doesn't hand off problems for others to fix\nNaturally friendly and confident, able to build rapport and communicate clearly with a wide range of customers\nSupportive of colleagues, willing to help others, share knowledge and contribute to a positive team atmosphere\nOrganised and accurate, able to follow regulations and processes while still using empathy and common sense\nComfortable questioning how things are done and suggesting practical improvements to make work simpler and better\nAble to make sensible decisions at pace, using good judgement rather than waiting for endless approvals\nMotivated by clear goals, resilient under pressure and driven to improve your own performance over time\nExperience in sales, customer service, insurance, or financial services is helpful but not essential, full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.Grow with Acorn:\n\nAt Acorn Insurance, we're proud of our Liverpool roots - and even prouder of how far we've come.
