As our People Insights & Systems Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our People system (HRIS) is effective, reliable, and fit for purpose across the business. Sitting within the People Team, you will work closely with teams across Recruitment, Talent, Learning, Health & Safety, Facilities, and Corporate Services to ensure our systems meet their needs and deliver accurate, meaningful reporting. You will own and optimise the HRIS, ensuring it is well maintained and delivering reliable data. In addition, you will manage reporting, dashboards, and insights to support informed business decisions. This role is ideal for someone analytical, tech-savvy, and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and a passion for leveraging data to enhance the employee experience. What exactly will you do? People Systems Management • Take ownership of the organisation’s People system (HRIS), ensuring it remains fit for purpose and effectively supports the People function, • Maintain system configuration including workflows, permissions, dashboards and reporting functionality, • Work with People teams, system vendors, and IT to enhance system capability and improve user experience, • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features, • Provide guidance and support to People teams on system functionality and best practice usage, • Maintain system documentation, reporting definitions and user guidance People Reporting & Data Insights • Manage reporting generated from the People system, ensuring data is accurate, timely and meaningful, • Produce regular dashboards and KPI reports covering areas such as headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment activity and employee lifecycle metrics, • Deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis to support the People team and senior leadership, • Identify trends and insights from people data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, • Ensure consistency and governance of data across systems and reports What we’re looking for • Demonstrable experience with HRIS or people systems, preferably PeopleHR, • Evidence of continuing professional development in HRIS, ATS, LMS, data analytics, or AI tools, • Demonstrable experience in producing people analytics and dashboards to inform actionable insight and decision-making, • Experience working in a multi-site, fast-paced environment, working with multiple stakeholders., • Highly analytical, detail orientated and solutions focused., • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to non-specialists, • Ability to coach and train others in system use and data interpretation, • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information, • Ability to leverage AI and automation to enhance reporting, predictive analytics to support decision-making Diversity in our heritage, inclusion in our future.
