A key pillar of the business strategy is a strong D2C online ecommerce presence and this has been built over the last 10 years via our own eShop, with more recent expansion into Amazon and Tiktok. Role Description We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels across our eShop and Amazon marketplace for our Beanies and Coffeeway brands. This hybrid role is based in the North East of England, offering flexibility between remote work and on-site collaboration at our offices in Darlington. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize the company’s eCommerce platforms, including the eShop and Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts, • Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience, • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management across all platforms, • Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI) and provide actionable insights, • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social), • Manage Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) and marketplace performance, • Ensure consistent brand presentation and compliance across all digital touchpoints, • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience in eCommerce management, with strong exposure to both eShop platforms and Amazon, • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or similar, • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices, • Excellent organizational and project management skills, • Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, • Familiarity with international marketplaces and multi-channel retail strategies, • Experience managing budgets and forecasting What We Offer • Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, plus bonus (depending on experience), • Hybrid working flexibility, • Opportunities for career growth and development, • A collaborative and innovative working environment How to Apply If you’re passionate about eCommerce and ready to take ownership of a growing digital channel, we’d love to hear from you.
