Job description This role will be responsible for managing and optimising PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta & LinkedIn). Your goal will be to increase our clients' ROI through effective paid strategies and meticulous analysis. You will collaborate with other members of the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive and successful marketing campaigns. You will be regularly reviewing the performance of our clients campaigns as well as planning and optimising campaigns across paid search advertising and paid social advertising. Key Responsibilities • Plan, implement and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) that are aligned with our clients business objectives, • Managing client budgets across paid campaigns, according to the set spending targets, • Working with internal Account Managers to plan work to improve and enhance performance, • Identifying trends in PPC and providing recommendations for improvement, we want you to be a subject matter expert, and are kept up-to-date on the latest features and releases, • Create compelling advert copy and create engaging ad visuals (collaborating with team), • Optimising paid campaigns on a regular basis, • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI, • Liaising with Google and Facebook product experts to enhance campaigns, • Reporting to the Account Managers and Digital Marketing Manager of any over/underspending, • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients, • Working closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to report on performance, enhance campaigns and advise on next steps, • Working closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to create paid campaign strategies against business and commercial objectives, • Liaising with Account Manager and internal stakeholders to advise on additional scheduled time to action changes for campaigns and the priority of this, • Reviewing areas to improve conversion rates including evaluating the online customer journey (CRO), • Planning and creating landing pages to be used for PPC campaigns (alongside campaign managers), • Working alongside other digital channels, to ensure the PPC strategy is aligned with others, • Managing Google Merchant Center for our PPC clients including troubleshooting feed issues and liaising with relevant team members to fix any errors, • Perform PPC health checks/audits for potential new clients and provide actionable insights and recommendations Requirements: • Proven experience as a PPC Executive or in a similar role, • Preferable to have previous agency experience, • Strong understanding of PPC principles, ad platforms and best practices, • Proficiency in using PPC tools and platforms, • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets and business objectives, • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate strategic insights in a simple way, • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, • Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page design would be beneficial What we can offer you: • Exposure to a large variety of marketing channels, • An environment where no two days are the same with constant variety, • A hands-on, agile and consistent approach to training and development, • Opportunities for role progression and career advancement, • Collaboration between a team of experts always striving to deliver the best What to expect Echo is one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in Cambridgeshire.
