WE ARE EXCLUSIVELY LOOKING FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITHIN U.K (South Asian backgrounds) We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated Warehouse & Sales Associate individuals. Location: Luton, England LU3 3BF, United Kingdom. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Required Experience • 1–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management preferably within the FMCG sector., • Prior exposure to field sales is an added advantage. Responsibilities • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer segments., • Promote and upsell Nitya Food products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors., • Represent NRG / Nitya professionally during field visits, market pitches, and on-ground brand visibility activities., • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while gathering real-time market feedback., • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, financial updates, and performance summaries., • Ensure stock availability, inventory accuracy, and compliance with required licenses and documentation., • Record, monitor, and analyze orders, sales data, and buying trends., • Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch planning, and delivery coordination., • Handle administrative documentation and support internal logistics and supply chain processes., • Collaborate effectively with sales, warehouse, and operations teams while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills • Strong field sales orientation with a proactive approach to market representation and customer engagement., • Willingness to travel up to 50% within London and neighboring regions., • Valid U.K. driving license (mandatory)., • Sound geographical knowledge of local markets, cultures, and distribution channels., • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu) and familiarity with South Asian consumer preferences are highly desirable., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage., • Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-driven, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
