Your Mission To spearhead the growth of Inovance’s UK business by developing and executing a targeted sales strategy, building a robust network of customers and partners, and driving revenue across our full automation portfolio. You will act as the face of Inovance in the UK, working closely with our European technical and sales teams to deliver solutions that meet local market needs while leveraging our global innovation capability. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the UK sales strategy, including market segmentation, targeting, and go‑to‑market plans to achieve revenue and market‑share objectives., • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles—from prospecting and technical qualification to negotiation and closure—for both new and existing accounts., • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers at OEMs, system integrators, and end‑users in target verticals., • Conduct continuous analysis of customers, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform commercial strategy., • Collaborate closely with European technical support, product management, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and execute customer‑focused campaigns., • Serve as the voice of the UK market, feeding customer and competitive insights back to HQ to guide product development and positioning. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline., • Printing & Packaging Machinery, • Food & Beverage Processing & Packaging, • Air Compressor & Pneumatic Systems, • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), • Test Rigs & Industrial Test Equipment, • Practical knowledge of automation products such as servo systems, inverters/VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs., • A hunter‑mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a pipeline in a competitive environment., • Strong commercial acumen, self‑motivation, and the ability to work autonomously while engaging effectively with a remote European team., • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
