The value you'll bring: The Channel Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving growth through our partner ecosystem. This position focuses on empowering partners to sell more effectively, building pipeline, and generating revenue from the channel. Working closely with the Channel Manager, the Channel Sales Specialist strengthens partner relationships, accelerates enablement, and ensures a seamless partner experience. By turning every interaction into an opportunity for education and collaboration, this role helps Managed Solution’s channel partners feel supported, informed, and confident in representing Managed Solution and bringing forward net new opportunities for Managed Solution to sell services, products, and licensing. Success in this role will include meeting goals for increased partner-driven pipeline and new revenue opportunities, which the Channel Sales Specialist will achieve by proactively engaging the partner channel, providing strategic enablement to high-value partners, and executing high-impact programs in the channel. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: • Generating Sales Opportunities through Partner Engagement, • Conduct partner outreach through calls, email, and event invitations, with goal of setting purposeful meetings for yourself, the Channel Manager, and Sales Executives, with the goal of increasing Managed Solution’s strategic pipeline., • Meet with partners to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities., • Take ownership of inbound lead emails from the channel inbox, responding and qualifying inbound channel leads promptly, converting inquiries into qualified opportunities for the sales team through exceptional relationship management and a strong understand of Managed Solution’s products/services and value proposition., • Log all outreach activities (calls, emails, meetings booked) in HubSpot CRM for visibility and accountability. 2. Partner Onboarding • Effectively onboarding new channel partners, including introductions, resource delivery, internal notifications, and welcome communications., • Assist with partner documentation, contract coordination, and program enrollment processes., • Ensure partners understand how to engage, who to contact, and how to access tools and resources 3. Partner Enablement & Training • Assist in planning and executing partner enablement initiatives, including onboarding sessions, product education, and partner playbooks., • Help coordinate lunch-and-learns, virtual training, and partner workshops., • Support logistics including scheduling, communications, and follow-up engagement. 4. Support Partner Marketing, Webinars & Events • Contribute to development and distribution of partner-focused content and co-branded collateral., • Support webinar logistics, partner invitations, and outreach via email and calls. 5. Support Channel Program Execution • Provide effective, accurate, and friendly administrative support for the channel partner program, building rapport and relationships that result in increased engagement and sales opportunities for Managed Solution and our Channel Partners., • Maintain accurate partner records, enablement plans, and engagement metrics in HubSpot CRM., • Assist in tracking partner-sourced activities and pipeline development., • Contribute to the development of partner growth plans with internal stakeholders., • Identify partner feedback themes and escalate trends. 6. Support Partner Engagement • Build rapport with partner contacts, deepen trust through consistent communication, and proactively identify ways to add value., • Schedule and coordinate partner meetings, briefings, and touchpoints on behalf of the Channel Manager and Sales team through phone call and email outreach., • Exceed the required Partner-generated pipeline quotas assigned, • Responsive, accurate support to partner inquiries, • Smooth onboarding and consistent partner engagement touchpoints, • Increased partner participation in enablement sessions and events, • Clear communication and effective coordination between partners and internal teams, • Accurate partner activity tracking and CRM hygiene, • Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and the Channel Manager Requirements: What You’ll Need to Succeed: • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of demonstrated success in customer growth and pipeline building experience (or equivalent combinations of work experience + education). Proven success in Channel sales/enablement highly preferred., • Highly desired: Strong familiarity with IT core principles (Networking, Servers, Cloud Technologies) or prior work experience within a technical industry, • Exceptional written (English), verbal (English), and interpersonal communication skills, including the abilities to quickly develop rapport and to build/maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals, including C-level executives, • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations to business audiences, • Strong proficiency with core business applications (including Microsoft Outlook/M365, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel) is required; proficiency with sales/marketing applications including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (HubSpot) strongly desired, • Proven willingness and ability to research and find the right answer and self-teach new/emerging tools/trends Shift + Availability Requirements: Monday through Friday, hours to be agreed upon based on Company needs. Travel/presence at Company events, client meetings, conferences, and other activities may require occasional work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. Company operates off standard business hours for Pacific Time, though some scheduling flexibility may be offered for employees in other regions. Compensation & Benefits* Base Wage Range: $29.00 to $36.00 per hour (Overtime Eligible, Non-Exempt) Managed Solution considers a range of factors when determining an appropriate wage. Such factors include but are not limited to: years of related experience, industry knowledge, formal education, relevant certifications, and geographic location. Wages are paid as earned and in accordance with Company policies.
