Machine Operator Summary: This entry-level Machine Operator position completes all aspects of processing coins, i.e. roll cracking, coin wrapping, coin-sorting, coin verifying, and specialty processing. This position is held to a daily production quota standard. Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. Basic English reading and writing skills are required. • Part-Time position pays $18.00/hr. Top performers can earn additional money for exceeding the daily production quota., • Shift Schedule: 6:00am to 11:00am Monday through Friday ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MACHINE OPERATOR: 1. Manually load machinery with the loose product (coin), 2. Monitor machinery functions and repair as directed, 3. Package and audit finished product for quality and accuracy, 4. Fold, inspect, seal (glue), and stamp boxes for finished product packaging, 5. Load and replenish production supplies including paper, boxes, glue, etc., 6. Document production activity, 7. Clean and maintain equipment and work area, 8. Maintain inventory control, 9. Adhere to established safety and security procedures and policies, 10. Utilize company equipment (electric pallet jacks and forklifts) as directed in location, 11. Other duties or special projects as required KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS include the following: 1. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position., 2. Ability to complete basic math (counting, addition, subtraction) and production paperwork., 3. Job Description SUMMARY: This position assists the Technical Director/Chief Tech by performing administrative duties for a modality and assisting with scheduling corrections, referral clarification, and patient safety screening. Assists modality in scheduling patients, rescheduling patients, ad-ons, corrections and daily stats. Communicates with referring doctor’s offices, laboratory clinics, and patients as needed. May perform other job related duties as necessary for the efficient operation of SDMI. MINIMUM SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIREMENTS: · High school diploma or equivalent with 6-month experience as a medical receptionist or related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience along with a strong knowledge of coding. · Schedule mutually acceptable appointment times for patients and physicians using computerized scheduling system. · Coordinate and schedule exams, follow-up appointments as designated by physicians. · Interact with patients’, physicians and other staff providing accurate, timely and responsive information. · Any employee who discovers, is directly involved in or is responding to an event/occurrence/risk is required to complete or direct the completion of an occurrence report within 24 hours of event/occurrence/risk. · My job performance, including current competencies will be reviewed by my supervisor on a periodic basis. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY As the Senior Accountant, you will independently manage all accounting activities including The Gold Leaf Dispensary, A/R, A/P, and monthly close. Additionally, you will establish cost standards, adjusting them periodically as necessitated by changes in material and/or overhead costs, as well as assist in the development of a Share Services Model. This position reports directly to the CFO. RESPONSIBILITIES • Within the first 30 days, work with the CFO to understand the processes and procedures used to run the day-to-day operations of the accounting functions., • Within the first 60 days, begin to take over The Gold Leaf Dispensary, A/R, A/P functions as well as consolidate financials with a month-end close process., • Within the first 6 months, help to design and implement a Finance and Accounting department that is built to scale, with clear and efficient processes and procedures., • Overseeing the activities of the corporate accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports and analysis including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits and budgets., • Overseeing the activities of disbursements, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payables, purchase orders, employee expense reports, cash control, payroll processing and total corporate payroll tax compliance., • Overseeing the activities of accounts receivable to ensure the accurate and timely management of all invoicing, aging and cash application, etc., • 3-5 years general ledger and cost experience in a manufacturing environment., • Excellent Excel skills Location: North Las Vegas Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 DOE Job Type: Fulltime, Exempt
