About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Elmira, NY area. Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory (Elmira, NY and surrounding areas), • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently, • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies, • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, • Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts, • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree- preferred, • 2 years sales experience- preferred Required Skills: • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or related industry, • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), • Knowledge of the Elmira, NY market and network is a plus Pay range and compensation package: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
