This person should be comfortable taking ownership of assignments, shifting between projects quickly, and working both independently and in collaboration with others. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily support to several attorneys, anticipating needs and adjusting to individual workstyles and priorities., • Draft, revise, format, and finalize correspondence, contracts, and other written materials., • Prepare and edit litigation documents—such as pleadings, motions, and other case filings—and ensure they meet court formatting requirements., • Submit filings through electronic court systems (NYSCEF, ECF, AAA) and monitor confirmation notices., • Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and virtual conferences., • Open new client matters, prepare engagement paperwork, and maintain accurate records in firm systems., • Enter attorney billable time, track expenses, and assist with reimbursements., • 5+ years of law firm experience in litigation or related support is highly preferred., • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint., • Ability to type at least 55 WPM and strong experience with advanced formatting and document styling., • Familiarity with legal software such as Intapp, iTimekeep, and Chrome River (or similar platforms)., • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy., • Full-time, Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, • Hybrid work structure: three days onsite and two remote (flexibility to work overtime as needed)
