Job DescriptionBenefits: • Pay Raises, • Competitive salary, • Opportunity for advancement, • Careers Advancement Opportunities, • Flexible Scheduling, • Competitive Compensation Responsibilities • Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers, • Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments, • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), • Receiving and carrying out direction from supervising BCBA for therapy and data collection, • Working in a team to share responsibilities and duties, • Data Collection, • High School diploma or equivalent, • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to attend training program and be eligible to pass the RBT exam, • Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a drivers license, and car insurance if providing in-home services for clients, • Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
