Summary: The MRI Technologist performs MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) exam in the hospital by selecting specific software parameters according to established protocols in order to assist the referring physician in diagnosis. The MRI Tech prepares and positions patients, injects patients with contrast media, and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately to produce cross-sectional images of the body. Professional Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner., • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members., • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS, FedEx, and fax communications., • Maintain an organized and professional reception area and support overall office operations., • Track and manage office supply inventory, ensuring timely ordering and availability., • Process Property & Casualty client payments, cancellations for non-pay, and policy reinstatements., • Retrieve and distribute policy and renewal documents from carrier websites for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines., • Support Employee Benefits operations by distributing renewal proposals, late payment notices, and assembling open enrollment materials., • Assist with administrative projects, workflow coordination, and other tasks as assigned.
