Job Description Summary The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising the daily cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment, packaging lines, dry storage areas, and all production zones. This role develops, updates, and implements sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including SQF, SSOP, FSMA, USDA, FDA, and HACCP standards.
