DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in developing social media campaigns and manage content on Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest., • Editorial calendar creation, • Update Wix websites, • Create email campaigns using Constant Contact, • Monitor social media channels for feedback and messages, • Analyze data to help determine marketing strategies, • Meet regularly with marketing and management teams to discuss promotions / events, • Attend and document various in-store marketing campaigns and events, • Hand out flyers, coupons, invitations, and other print materials with our brand ambassadors, • Share promotional images on social media, • Assist with check-in and programming during VIP events, • Submit events to regional publications, • Update the company blog, The Garnish, with timely and interesting articles, • Develop strategies to maintain and build social media followers, • Assist Marketing Manager with photography, videography, and editing of photos and videos to be used in marketing strategies, • Assist Marketing Manager with administrative tasks SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Must have extensive knowledge of social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc., • Familiarity with photography and styling a plus, • Knowledge of the restaurant / bar industry a plus, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work under tight deadlines, • Ability to work independently, • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: Interns must have their own personal computer for use onsite and for remote social media management. INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS: Interns will be expected to work approximately ten to twelve hours per week and will report to his or her divisional Marketing Manager. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: • Provide the best and highest quality craft cocktails and drinks to guests., • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of bourbon and assist customers in making selections., • Deliver the highest level of customer service to every guest, including greeting/thanking guests, engaging with guests, and building rapport., • Continuously train, learn, and gather knowledge about the alcohol industry., • Maintains the bar: keeps the bar clean and organized throughout the shift., • Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of the opening., • Attractively displays glasses and liquor bottles., • Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age., • Uses proper judgment and, when necessary, refuses service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive., • Address escalations promptly and appropriately to the Head Bartender and Bar Manager., • Submits orders or creates requisition forms for liquor, beer, and other bar-related supplies., • TIPS Certified or SERVSafe in Safe Service of Alcohol within 30 days of employment., • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently., • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations., • Follow all health and sanitation practices, as well as all safety procedures and protocols., • Capability to open and close the store while monitoring guests and ensuring safe practices., • Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment., • Superior craft cocktail-making skills., • Extensive knowledge of bourbon and ability to educate customers about different selections., • Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training preferred., • Advanced bartending skills and abilities., • Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks., • Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately., • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds following proper techniques preventing injury., • Must be legal drinking age or older.
