Job Description Juniper Office is seeking a creative leader who can seamlessly blend brand storytelling with performance-driven design. This role will shape and scale Juniper’s visual identity across every digital touchpoint, ensuring our creative not only looks exceptional but also drives meaningful results. The Sr. Graphic Designer will be central to how Juniper connects with customers and captures leads. Responsibilities: • Lead Juniper’s visual identity and creative execution across digital and brand touchpoints., • Partner closely with Brand and eCommerce teams to deliver high-converting, brand-first creative across the website, paid media, email, and social media., • Develop campaign concepts and visual storytelling approaches that connect strategy to measurable outcomes., • Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and visual standards that balance brand consistency with channel-specific best practices., • Ensure creative excellence across channels, including website assets, paid ads, emails, organic social, and sales enablement collateral., • Oversee and mentor junior designers while managing freelance/agency partners as needed., • Stay current on design, advertising, and digital trends, proactively bringing innovative ideas to drive engagement and conversion., • Distinct, cohesive Juniper visual identity consistently expressed across all digital channels., • Creative that builds brand equity and drives measurable results (leads, engagement, conversion)., • A digital-first design system that scales quickly without sacrificing quality., • Cross-functional trust in creative as a strategic driver, not just a production function., • 6–8 years of design experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role (Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar)., • Proven experience developing brand-first creative that delivers performance results, especially across digital channels., • Extensive digital expertise (paid media assets, UX/website content, emails, social posts); motion/animation a plus., • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with design for Shopify preferred., • A portfolio demonstrating both brand storytelling and performance-oriented creative execution., • Experience with both B2B brands (driving awareness, education, and lead capture) and eCommerce companies (creating high-converting digital creative)., • Experience collaborating with marketing, eCommerce, and Sales teams to align design with business goals., • Strong leadership and mentorship skills; ability to guide junior designers and manage external partners., • Excellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and digital usability best practices.

Objective The Facility Solutions Manager is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area. This position provides field support including – training, guidance with starting new clients, inspections of Contractor performance and compliance with client requirements, trouble-shooting customer requests/complaints, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, procuring supplies from clients, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Essential functions • Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products., • Formulate and manage an effective service strategy, and schedule tailored to each client., • Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services – determine pricing, staffing and logistics., • Manage all Contractor relationships including – Interview and hire, negotiate pricing and other contract terms, manage agreements, develop service specifications, client compliance, verify Contractor compliance, and remove/replace Contractors as necessary., • Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction, through detailed quality control inspections of client sites and consistent follow through with all promises to clients., • Supervise and direct Night Managers, • Ensure adequate staffing needs to service clients., • Promote the sale of, procure and monitor supplies for clients., • Effectively communicate all client issues with Contractors and the Director of Operations (or owner); promptly address any client issues or problems that arise., • Use City Wide’s CRM to perform client inspections, adding extra charges, Night Manager routing, etc., • Update and keep current all Building Information Sheets (BIS), FSM Summary Sheets and Exhibit A’s. Ensure MSDS sheets for each client serviced in janitor closets are complete, accurate and that all items are properly labeled., • Develop and implement a plan with the Director of Operations and the Night Managers to resolve any client complaints or deficiencies in service and actively monitor compliance., • Participate and be present in monthly IC paydays.
