Job Description Overview A local boutique personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced, self-directed Marketing Manager to own and execute the firm’s marketing initiatives across digital, paid media, content, and community channels. This is a hands-on role for a marketing professional who takes initiative, manages projects independently, works well on a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer and leadership team to implement marketing strategy, manage vendors, and ensure consistent execution across all marketing initiatives—paid media, content creation, campaign execution, and agency oversight. This role offers meaningful ownership today with the opportunity to grow in scope as the firm continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution ● Execute the firm’s marketing strategy in alignment with leadership direction and business goals ● Independently manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish ● Identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and growth; bring thoughtful recommendations to leadership. ● Gather, review, and make decisions based on marketing analytics ● Act as a key point of contact for external marketing agencies and contractors, ensuring deliverables are high-quality, on-brand, and tied to measurable goals. Digital Marketing & Advertising ● Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Youtube, Reddit, and Bing ● Participate in monthly PPC meetings; evaluate performance and provide budget and strategy recommendations to the CMO ● Support SEO-adjacent efforts through website content, blogs, case results, testimonials, and attorney bio updates. Content & Brand ● Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube ● Create and coordinate content across the full funnel, including settlements, testimonials, thought leadership, and community-focused campaigns. ● Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms ● Create or oversee concepts, production and post-productions of long form and short form video content ● Coordinate photography and videography projects and manage resulting digital assets Communications & Outreach ● Produce and distribute monthly (and as-needed) newsletters; manage subscriber lists, analytics, and list hygiene ● Maintain and update online attorney and firm profiles ● Pursue attorney awards, recognitions, and accolades; coordinate promotion across digital channels ● Research and coordinate PR articles and media opportunities Events, Partnerships & Community Presence ● Coordinate professional outreach initiatives (includes in-person visits) ● Promote and attend firm-sponsored events; create supporting social and digital content ● Coordinate NIL partnerships, including communication, contracts, creative collaboration, invoicing, and payment tracking ● Manage advertising initiatives such as billboards, TV, CCTV, etc. in coordination with vendors, including design, messaging, contracts, and documentation Design & Project Management ● Design digital ads, flyers, and marketing collateral as needed (strong preference for hands-on design capability) ● Maintain QR codes and digital tracking tools Qualifications Experience & Skills ● 4–7 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in professional services or legal marketing ● Demonstrated ability to independently execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, and media channels plans across paid, earned, and owned channels. ● Strong working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, social media, websites, and analytics ● Experience managing vendors, agencies, and external partners ● Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content ● Graphic design, organic social and video production experience strongly preferred Mindset & Work Style ● Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through with minimal supervision ● Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful.
