Job Title: Customer Service Representative Level I Job Responsibilities • Dispatch, schedule and close out calls, • Process service requests, prepare paperwork for escalated calls and ensure full customer satisfaction, • Use both common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within a call center environment., • Provide Fast, Friendly and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers, • Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message and phone, • Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages to close out calls for technicians and sales, • Maintain scheduled calls on the Dispatch board making sure that all calls are scheduled on the appropriate technician and update customers as needed of technicians ETA, • Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments, • Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments, • Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively, • High school diploma or equivalent, • 1-5 years experience in a customer service and or dispatcher environment, • High Energy and Highly Motivated, • Honesty and integrity, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Ability communicate empathy, • Critical Thinking and Problem solving, • Detail oriented, • Adept learner, • Able to multitask, • Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy, under high stress environments, • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Word), • Must be able to sit for long periods of time, • Base pay with bonuses and performance pay, • A 401k with full company match of 4% after one year as team member, • Life and Disability insurance, • Health, Dental and Vision, with no employee contribution, Provided by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield., • Generous PTO, • 9 Paid Holidays, • Casual dress and work environment, • One full paid workweek of Ministry Time after one year to volunteer for your favorite charity or nonprofit, • We are the fastest growing residential in home service company in the Tri-State, • We have the highest online reputation of any in home services company in the metro area Job Types: Full-time, Commission Work Remotely
