Job Description Labor Foreman - Mooresville Pay- $30-$32 Schedule - Monday - Friday (Weekend work is common) 8-12 hour shifts, OT is expected Are you an experienced Construction Labor Foreman with 3+ years experience? Do you have carpentry experience and a leadership style that gets results? We are hiring a Working Foreman in the Wilmer, Texas area and want to talk to you! Qualifications: • At least three (3) years' experience as a Construction Labor Foreman, • Implement Pre Task Plans daily, • Knowledge of commonly used form systems, • Authorized to work in the US, • lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs, 75% of the time, • Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours, • Punctuality and promptness are required every day, • Respectful, trusting, inclusive, and collaborative working environment, • Supervising a team of laborers that will provide a safe/organized working environment and clean jobsite, • Conduct Pre Task Plans, • Manage PPE, • Manage Laborers, including time, • Move materials, • Heavy Equipment Operation, • Carpentry as needed, • Picking up trash and debris and adapting to meet individual needs of each situation, • 40-hour +work week ( 6 - 7 days a week), • Must be able to work outside in a weather conditions, • Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs We look forward to talking with you!
