Job DescriptionDescription: Position Summary: The project Manager is a high-impact business management position that will lead cross-functional initiatives across our Residential and Commercial Appraisal Management business. This role is responsible for driving projects from concept to execution, ensuring clear scope, alignment, structured delivery, risk management, and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities The primary function of this role is to help manage Product Development delivery, Client Onboarding, Top Priority projects, and other large-scale projects as assigned, and in collaboration with Sr. Leadership and C-Suite executives as appropriate. Project Leadership & Delivery • Lead operational and cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation using structured PM disciplines (scope, timeline, dependencies, owners, risks, and outcomes)., • Develop project charters, project plans, implementation schedules, and stakeholder communication plans., • Facilitate working sessions, discovery meetings, and recurring status check-ins to drive action and accountability., • Partner with Sales and Product Development leadership to manage cross-functional initiatives that support revenue growth and client retention., • Lead planning and execution of projects such as:, • Sales enablement process improvements (materials, workflows, handoffs), • CRM enhancements and reporting (e.g., pipeline tracking, lead flow, conversion metrics), • Client onboarding coordination and implementation readiness, • Marketing campaign execution support, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination, • Ensure alignment between Sales/ Marketing initiatives and Operational readiness to support client commitments, service levels, and sustainable growth., • Provide concise, executive-level project updates (milestones, risks, blockers, success measures)., • Build dashboards and reporting rhythm to ensure projects stay visible, measurable, and on track using Monday.com., • Serve as the connector between Operations, Product, IT Development, and Compliance to ensure execution is aligned and scalable., • Partner with IT Product Development Manager to translate business needs into requirements and support testing, adoption, rollout readiness, and training coordination., • Collaborate with COO to analyze workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, service gaps, or compliance risk., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on:, • Turn Time and SLA performance, • Quality Improvements resulting in reduction of rework, • Client Expectation Improvements, • Appraiser performance improvements, • Cost-to-Serve Improvement /Reductions, • Scaling Consistency and standardization across teams (Acquisition Integration), • Projects delivered on time with clearly documented scope, defined stakeholders, documented timelines, and measurable outcomes, • Stronger alignment between growth initiatives and operational execution, ensuring scalability and service delivery consistency, • Strong partnership with Product Development resulting in successful adoption across the organization, • Reduced bottlenecks through clearer processes, role accountability, and decision rights, • Increased leadership confidence due to improved project visibility, reporting cadence, and project follow-through, • 3+ years of project management experience in a business/operations environment (non-technical PM acceptable)., • Experience in one or more relevant sectors:, • Mortgage servicing or originations, • Real estate services, • Valuations/appraisal management, • Default/REO services, • Title/settlement services, • Financial services operations, • Strong ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities., • Experience building project plans, running meetings, tracking deliverables, and driving accountability., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level professionalism., • Strong Monday.com, Excel, Google Sheets experience (dashboards, tracking, reporting)., • PMP certification, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent PM training., • Experience managing projects impacting systems/platforms and partnering with technology teams (requirements, UAT support, rollout readiness)., • Experience within an AMC, valuation platform, lender operations, appraisal review, or collateral risk environment., • Ability to work independently, • Engage with multiple departments and leadership to maintain project progress, • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, • Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority, • Able to translate between executive vision and operational execution, • Operational mindset with structured execution, • Strong organization, prioritization, and project discipline, • Calm under pressure; solution-oriented · Prolonged periods of sitting (up to 7 hours) at a workstation operating a PC · Heavy data entry (a significant amount of typing on a keyboard and repetitive motion with a mouse) · Focusing/looking at a computer monitor for extended periods · Reading documents in print and electronically · Bending, twisting and stooping required on a regular basis · Use of a telephone to make and receive calls
