What You’ll Do As the BHT Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Behavioral Health Technicians and BHT Leads, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents. You’ll foster a culture of kindness, honesty, and respect while driving excellence in service delivery, staff development, and program operations.
