About the Role Senior Project Engineer - Construction The Senior Project Engineer leads the coordination and oversight of multiple project facets, ensuring comprehensive preparation and execution in collaboration with the Project Team. Position Logistics • Primary Work Location: Headquarters | Fargo, ND, • Work Environment: On-Site, • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm, • Attend and document project meetings, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders., • Manage and review project documentation for accuracy and completeness., • Distribute and track project plans, drawings, and specifications., • Review and validate project estimates and schedules., • Monitor project costs, draft change orders, and analyze cost performance., • Assist in selecting and coordinating subcontractors., • Manage completion of punch lists and final inspections., • Assist Superintendents in organizing and conducting safety meetings., • Review safety reports and lead implementation of corrective actions., • Perform additional duties as assigned., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and shared spaces., • Demonstrate punctuality and regular attendance. Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, • 1+ years of relevant construction project experience, • Demonstrated accuracy in documentation, reporting, and project tracking, • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines, • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client and team relationships, • Developing knowledge of construction contracts, financials, schedules, and risk management practices, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, • Experience with construction management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and similar platforms, • OSHA 10 certification preferred Culture & Total Rewards Approach Why Join Enclave?
