As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, showcase vehicle options, and guide them through a professional and transparent buying experience. Responsibilities • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models, • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers, • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores., • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business, • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers, • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications • Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required), • Strong motivation to succeed in a commission‑driven, performance‑based environment, • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, • Positive attitude with a high‑energy, customer‑focused approach, • Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance, • Self‑motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a good driving record, • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening In addition to competitive compensation, we offer • Performance‑based commission structure with uncapped earning potential, • Estimated take‑home commission range: $60,000–$100,000+ annually, based on individual performance, • Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on sales results, • Ongoing training, coaching, and advancement opportunities, • High customer traffic at established Bob Howard Group 1 Automotive dealerships
