Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this position will have direct oversight for Care Compass Behavioral Health Programs that aim to improve outcomes and reduce healthcare costs for adults with Medicaid who have a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) diagnosis, are high utilizers of care, as well as other cohorts of individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use diagnoses. We are seeking a visionary Program Director to lead the Care Compass regional behavioral health initiatives, including but not limited to: overseeing the development and operations of a holistic navigation support system that integrates clinical and social care at the point of navigation and supporting implementation of and successful performance of Care Compass-sponsored behavioral health investments in community-based and health system services. This role will also provide strategic oversight and technical assistance for broader behavioral health investments over a five-year horizon, ensuring sustainability and impact across the region.
